Gather & Deliver is a farm-to-door delivery service that connects you directly with local, regenerative farms. We bring you beyond-organic produce, dairy, meats, and artisan goods that are ethically sourced and sustainably grown. Our mission is to make fresh, farm-sourced food accessible and convenient, while supporting small farms and promoting environmental health.
Unlike typical grocery delivery services, we work exclusively with local farms that follow sustainable, beyond-organic and regenerative farming practices. Our products go beyond organic standards, ensuring that you receive only the freshest, healthiest, and most ethically sourced food for your family. We offer complete transparency, so you know exactly where your food comes from and the positive impact it has on your health and the environment.
We partner with local farms and artisans who follow regenerative and beyond-organic practices. Each farm and producer is carefully selected to meet our high standards for sustainability, animal welfare, and environmental responsibility. By supporting Gather & Deliver, you are directly supporting small, local farms that prioritize quality, transparency, and sustainable practices.
We believe in full transparency. Each item on our site includes information about the farm or producer it comes from and you can see how each one contributes to sustainable and regenerative practices.

We offer a subscription option for customers who want regular deliveries of farm-fresh goods. You can set up recurring orders and customize your box to suit your needs. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled anytime, but changes must be made by 12 PM on Wednesday the week of your delivery/pickup. Otherwise, changes will take effect the following week. This allows our farm producers more time to fulfill your orders, ensuring that you receive the freshest and most accurate produce and farm boxes!
Bag Policy:
To support sustainability, we’ve implemented a new bag policy. If you’re not home during delivery, we’ll leave your order in a custom Gather & Deliver cooler bag, and a $5 bag deposit will be added to your account. To avoid the deposit, you can:
- Leave a cooler or similar receptacle at your door for us to place your order in.
- Return a Gather & Deliver cooler bag from a previous delivery.
This policy helps us reduce waste while still delivering your items in the freshest condition possible.
Delivery Fees
When placing your order, you can opt for home delivery at $12, or visit our pickup locations for a nominal $1.95 fee.
We’re committed to bringing you the freshest, highest-quality farm products while supporting local farmers and promoting sustainability. To continue delivering these great products directly to your door or pickup location, there is a small 2% Farm Fee to each order.
This fee helps us cover the rising costs of transportation, fuel, and the logistics involved in sourcing items from remote farms and getting them to you as fresh as possible, supporting our commitment to bring you the best from the countryside. These fees ensure we can continue going to these remote farms, bringing their amazing products to your table.
By sharing in this small cost, you’re helping us maintain a sustainable system that supports local agriculture, ensures fair compensation for our drivers, and keeps our operations running smoothly.

Deliveries are made Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays based on your location. The cutoff time for placing or editing an order is 12 PM (noon) on Wednesday of that week. This allows our farm partners enough time to harvest and prepare your items, ensuring maximum freshness.
We provide several local pickup locations and we’re continuously expanding! We’re proud to partner with several local businesses as pickup locations, allowing us to support our community and make Gather & Deliver more accessible. When visiting your pickup location, we encourage you to show these valued partners some love—they help make farm-fresh food possible for all of us!
When placing your order, simply choose the pickup option and select the location most convenient for you. We’re always adding new pickup points, so check back often!
Here’s what to expect if you miss your scheduled pickup:
1. Standard Pickup Locations: If you arrive after the designated drop time, your items will be held for you and will remain available for up to one week. After this time, any unclaimed items may be donated or discarded to ensure freshness.
2. Farmers Market Locations: If your pickup location is at a Farmers Market, please arrive during the market hours. Due to logistical constraints, items left at Farmers Markets typically cannot be returned to our central location and may be donated or discarded if not picked up by the end of the market day.

You can easily manage your delivery schedule and pickup location through your online account. Just log in, navigate to your account settings, and select the option to postpone, hold, or update your pickup location as needed. Currently, Gather & Deliver serves select areas in Greater Austin, TX area. Please enter your address on our website or contact us to check availability in your area. We would love to hear from you and expand soon to your area!
We accept all major credit cards. Payment must be completed at the time of your order.
