 • Placing Orders: You may place orders on our website by selecting your preferred items, choosing a delivery or pickup option, and providing accurate contact and delivery information.

 • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any order at our discretion.

 • Cancellation & Refunds: Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on how to modify or cancel your order and under what circumstances refunds may be issued.

 • Delivery Areas: Gather & Deliver operates within specific delivery areas. Please check availability for your location on our website before placing an order.

 • Order Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) on the Wednesday before your scheduled delivery or pickup. Orders placed after this time may be processed for the next available delivery week.

 • Unattended Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your delivery, we will leave your order at your specified location. Gather & Deliver is not responsible for items after they are delivered, including any spoilage or theft.

 • Accepted Methods: Gather & Deliver accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. Payment must be received in full before your order will be processed. "Gather&Deliver" will appear as the descriptor for these purchases on your credit card bill.

 • Bag Deposit: A $5 deposit may be added to your account for any Gather & Deliver cooler bags left at your door. This deposit can be avoided by returning previously delivered bags or providing your own receptacle.

 • Subscription Terms: By signing up for a recurring subscription, you authorize Gather & Deliver to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each scheduled order until you pause or cancel.

 • Modifications: Subscription modifications, including pauses or cancellations, must be made by 12:00 PM (noon) on the Wednesday before your scheduled delivery or pickup.

All content on the Gather & Deliver website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gather & Deliver or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

 • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Gather & Deliver will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

 • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or interacting with our services.

10. SMS/Text Messaging
Customers provide opt-in specifically when enrolling into our website. Opt-in during website is a self-service process and occurs at GatherAndDeliver.com. By submitting, you authorize Gather & Deliver to send text messages with your order and delivery information. Message/data rates apply. Text 'Cancel' or 'Stop' to Opt-out at anytime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gather & Deliver and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to access the website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gather & Deliver, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
