Gather & Deliver is a food hub that aggregates local farms and sellers, connecting customers directly to them. When you purchase raw milk items through Gather & Deliver, you are buying them directly from the Dairy, and Gather & Deliver is working for the dairy as its courier, transporting your order to the requested pickup location. Any fees received by Gather & Deliver are for transportation services only.

In compliance with state law, raw dairy orders cannot be re-sold. Gather & Deliver simply facilitates the pickup and delivery of your order on behalf of the dairy. By purchasing raw milk items directly from the dairy, you acknowledge that these products have not been pasteurized and may contain harmful bacteria, which can cause serious illness. You assume all risk associated with consuming raw dairy products and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Dairy Farm and Gather & Deliver, Inc. from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including court costs and attorney’s fees, arising from your purchase and/or consumption of raw dairy products.
