Jinx Sourdough Bread
Just three ingredients in every bread. All Jinx breads are free from sugar, seeds, nuts, dairy, or artificial sourdough flavoring.
City Sourdough
Big, 1kg (2.2lb) bâtard. Light and fluffy, it can have some big holes! Use for dinner or for appetizers but if you use it for sandwiches or toasts, be aware that your spreads may fall through the holes.
Extra Fermented: Original
1kg Bâtard. Stone ground wheat from Barton Springs Mills and a 3-day cold fermentation make this bread extremely flavorful. In addition, extra fermentation consumes more of the bread proteins, making these breads are most digestible.
Extra Fermented: Whole Grain
1kg Bâtard. Similar to our Original Extra Fermented but with about 75% whole wheat, making this our most flavorful and nutritious bread.
Rye Extra Fermented
No seeds! Experience a real rye bread: Wrens Abruzzi heritage rye from Barton Springs Mill has a sweet, earthy aroma similar to sweet root vegetables. Excellent with butter or rich meats.
Pullman Medium
1.3kg Sandwich Bread. No added sugar or dairy and extremely flavorful. Soft and moist, this is a favorite for sandwiches and people who prefer non-crusty/chewy breads.
